“Wow, location, hospitality and friendliness!!!!!!!!”
Great hospitality - i have a slight disability ( need a walking cane) - they changed the room to make things easier for me. Great attention to our needs (advice on visits, ordering taxis, nearby hospitality venues etc) Rooms very well maintained. Responded quickly to any tequest 5/5

“Charming hotel”
Charming hotel with great reception hosts especially Daniel who was extremely helpful The air con was broken but this was made up for with a great breakfast good value for money and location the room was very clean and serviced Johanna

“Basic but well located hotel”
Stayed here for 1 night while on a quick trip to Paris. For us, ideally located- short walk from the Gare du Nord, so when we got off the eurostar at 11am we were able to pop straight to the hotel to leave our bags (and use the toilet and grab some free water!) “Would not stay here again. Wifi not working with renovations ongoing. Staff are nice.”
Although a hotel close to all shopping precincts and Metro stations, I wouldn't stay here again. The room is like a box, with no chair but a stool and a tiny desk. The bed is extremely high and not all that comfortable. I am a 64 year old, 5ft 8 ins tall female who had to climb up, so good luck... more
