“Great spot”
Hotel situated in the perfect spot, you could walk to lots of places and not have to get the car out. We were there for a family event 3 different rooms, the rooms were nice, ours was a very small. However, very clean and neat. Breakfast was adequate.

Good hotel for the price in Paris, we had a studio apt, very basic but it’s what we needed. There’s a spiral staircase up to the studios which is tight. Good hotel for the price in Paris, we had a studio apt, very basic but it’s what we needed. There’s a spiral staircase up to the studios which is tight. The area is nice, we felt safe throughout our time there. We had a courtyard studio so we heard no street noise. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful when needed. We arrived a few hours before check in and the hotel held our suitcases in a locked room without and issues at all. Check in and out was seamless and took no time at all. The area is within walking distance to the train station and a few metros, there’s lots of bars and restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk.

Very good hotel, reception was 24/7, very friendly with excellent English spoke. Very close to Gard du Nord 10 min slow walk. Very good hotel, reception was 24/7, very friendly with excellent English spoke. Very close to Gard du Nord 10 min slow walk. Excellent continental breakfast, no need to go anywhere else, choice was very good and fresh. Room was practical, clean, well serviced, but shower cubicle is on the small side. Checkout is 12pm, after making the most of a last night, most appreciated. Would not hesitate to stay here again, or recommend it to anyone. Only downside, is the building opposite is currently being renovated, with work starting promptly at 9am M>F.
