Rather than stuffy large chain hotels we chose to stop here and wow, what a charming hotel! The decor and ambience are a delight, modern, relaxed, very clean, very professional. The staff were absolutely on it and nothing was to.much trouble. I was on the 5th floor which was great, very quiet, very well appointed room with plenty of electric points....very comfy bed. The bathroom was lovely if not a little small. I used the lift to go up and enjoyed coming down the most ornate spiral staircase. Breakfast was lovely.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and nice to stay at. The towels provided in this hotel smelled great (I know this is very specific, but it was a pleasant detail). The front desk was very helpful and accommodating. The elevator is super tiny, but you can always take the stairs if needed. All in all, it was a great hotel and I will stay here again next time I visit Paris.

“Great Location, charming hotel”
Great location close to Gare de Lyon of this charming hotel. Friendly staff and cozy rooms. Plenty of dining choices nearby. Also close to Bastille and the Coulée Verte René-Dumont (elevated walkway along an abandoned railway bed.). Would stay here again.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful There is a tiny lift to get your bags up to the 5 floors and there is an amazing staircase if you are feeling energetic Room was clean and good size with a balcony which might not be great for people with a fear of heights There is some noise at night but you are near a busy train station in a capital city Area around the hotel was fine and can recommend a short walk to the Coulée Verte René-Dumont which is an elevated walk along an old railway line with nice views Ate at the Bistro Lyonnais just around the corner from the hotel but there are loads of places to eat nearby Breakfast was good with a really attentive lady who made sure you use the coffee machine correctly Have stayed in a couple of hotels in this area to break up train journeys to Italy and this is favourite one so far
