Lovely hotel and one we'll definitely stay at again when we return to Paris. Very good value for money, particularly given the brilliant, central location - we walked everywhere (except Versailles!). Friendly, helpful staff; clean, modern room with very comfortable bed and nice linen; good size bathroom with excellent shower; breakfast was spot on and catered for all the family. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, helpful and polite. Everywhere in the hotel was spotlessly clean, even the outside gets washed! Fabulous location, we walked to all the major landmarks. The bed was so comfortable, we took a picture of the mattress label to see if we could buy one ourselves. The hotel was also very quiet despite its central location and no noise from other rooms. The family room was a great size for two adults and two teenagers, the sofa bed in the sitting room split into two singles. Blackout curtains, fluffy towels and pillows, balcony with bistro table and chairs, the list of things I was impressed with goes on and on. The breakfast area is small but, in January, it never felt cramped. Lovely breakfast of fruit, yogurt, cereals, juices, breads and toast, pastries, bacon and scrabbled eggs, teas and coffees. If I am lucky enough to return to Paris I know where I will be staying!

I would definitely stay here again, great location, very friendly staff, really nice morning breakfast, great bed and pillows. The one suggestion I would make to the hotel management is to find a way to create more space for clothing. Currently the room is more geared to people only staying a few … more
I would definitely stay here again, great location, very friendly staff, really nice morning breakfast, great bed and pillows. The one suggestion I would make to the hotel management is to find a way to create more space for clothing. Currently the room is more geared to people only staying a few days. We stayed 10 days. Simple things like providing hooks on the wall, there was plenty of room to do this on either side of the television screen. Especially needed in the winter season. More shelving for sure. Instead of a really unneeded desk, how about a wider closet with more shelving, or just add shelving above the current desk. I fully understand the size of European hotel rooms, so my expectation isn't a big room at all, but at least more facility for clothes.
