“Good”

The location is good, near the subway station, very beautiful street. The staff is in general friendly. Our two floor room was in the top of the building, it was like an Parisian attic, absolutely wonderful. My daughter loved it.

Old fashioned hotel. The staff on the front desk were really friendly I had told them we late arrivals Double room certainly not small old fashioned furniture But all clean. For the price u cannot go wroung. We have paid way more than this and had a shocking place. 100m from a great typical little bistro we rolled in at 2245 expecting kitchen to be closed but no. We had a great mixed plate of cheese and meats and a small carafe of an excellent bruilly. For a one or two night stop no problems at all.

We booked 2 nights in room 102. This is a budget hotel and although I was dissapointed with our room on arrival, the hotel had some good bits, so I shall list both. We booked 2 nights in room 102. This is a budget hotel and although I was dissapointed with our room on arrival, the hotel had some good bits, so I shall list both. The bed was comfy and sheets / pillows clean. Sleep quality was very good and noise minimal. Fridge in room 2 generous heaters that make the room cosy if required Access to metro great and there are good restaurants and grocery stores very close. Neighbourhood safe and well lit. The bad bits ... No hair dryer No tea/coffee making equipment The towels were hard, old and grubby Bad mould in bathroom, mostly around windows The bath hot tap constantly tickled with water Main lights didn't work, only bedside lamps so very poor lighting General dirt / grubby feel, needs a deep clean Although a small token soap and shampoo sachet was left, it wasn't adequate Would I stay here again? No but I think if you're on a tight budget, lower your expectations and this place should be okay.

“Good french light breakfast”

Old hotel, good location (near Les Gobelins metro station, restaurants, shops) but a bit far from Paris Bercy Station (walk about 30-35min) and quite far a way from main attractions if by walk. They let us check in early ; ) Good french light breakfast.
