“First but definitely not last trip to Paris”

Our first trip to Paris and we couldn’t have chosen a better hotel to stay in. The attention to detail and atmosphere was second to none, Leon the hotel manager was great! Super friendly and very helpful. Greeted us everyday with a smile on his face and made our trip even more special. Our room was freshened daily. Great patisserie shops nearby and good transport links into central Paris and out if going to Disneyland. We will definitely be back to stay again.

We were on our honeymoon with my husband and the hotel staff were so kind to us! They offered us an upgrade and were so thoughtful with us. The room was beautiful and the breakfast at the coffeshop delicious. They helped us book a restaurant and gave us great recommendations. It was our first trip to Paris and we were a little worried about everything we had heard about Parisians, but honestly they made us feel like we were at home with friends with great professionalism. We have already decided to return next year to this hotel for our first anniversary. Many thanks to them! And see you next year 😄!

“Perfect little hotel”
This is a perfect Parisienne hotel-as long as you’re not looking for Marriott type lodging. It’s small and charming with a large bathroom, comfortable bed, and traditional 2 person elevator. This is a perfect Parisienne hotel-as long as you’re not looking for Marriott type lodging. It’s small and charming with a large bathroom, comfortable bed, and traditional 2 person elevator. The location is ideal. Just 2 blocks from the Champs Elysees and walking distance from many sites we visited. Nearby Metro stops. There is an excellent, helpful staff. We enjoyed the little balcony in our room on a warm day. The price was reasonable for a hotel in Paris in a good location. Nearby good dining options in a range of prices. The only problem we had was that it became unseasonably warm for April and the air conditioning wasn’t working yet so we had to open the windows at night and it was noisy. I highly recommend this hotel.

“Poor communication/ customer service skills”
I was scheduled to stay here for 5 nights but ended up leaving a day early due to being interrogated by hotel staff one day. The hotel itself is average but located close to the champs Elyse. I was scheduled to stay here for 5 nights but ended up leaving a day early due to being interrogated by hotel staff one day. The hotel itself is average but located close to the champs Elyse. The rooms are somewhat tight and have squeaky floor boards so you’ll likely disturb others when walking around! One member of the hotel staff had poor communication skills and wanted to interrogate me due to not greeting him upon my arrival when returning from our office. He demanded I confirm which room I was staying in and provide proof by showing my room key. I advised the hotel staff to work on his communication skills given he is front office as they would lose a lot of customers if they are all treated as I was. I would recommend staying at maisons laffite or the Sofitel instead of here.
