“Clean environment”
Good customer service The receptionist were very welcoming and helpful. They could speak English which was a relief since some places we went, they were not able to speak English. The rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. The only problem was the shower pressure was low.

A very clean and functional hotel with amazing welcoming reception staff who all spoke English well. We had a warm and professional welcome by Bonnie (?). All Staff are so helpful and friendly, giving recommendations for local restaurants & transport links. “Very cozy room”
The room was small but incredibly cozy and clean. Staff was great. Breakfast in the basement was the only let down but I would still gladly recommend Magenta 38. The location near Place de La Republique while some distance from Louvre etc. is well connected to the transport network.
