Great value for money. A basic comfortable hotel walking distance to gare du Nord and very close to Gare d'Lest. Staff are great. “Nice place for the price”
Good hotel friendly staff Knowledgeable & good travel information for Paris The area is a bit dodgy at night due to the high volume of homeless people around But if you go back to the hotel after dark an Uber is a good option. Breakfast was break @ jams Tea @ coffee @ 0j

“A decent hotel with welcoming staff”
We had a triple room on the top floor and the view from the balcony was amazing , the staff is very welcoming and professional , special the lady Angelika. The location is just great near the Gare de l,est and Gare du Nord and a lot of restaurants near by
