Loved our stay here. Our first room didn't suit us and they kindly relocated us. Our new room had windows into the street, good space and a lovely sized bathroom. It's very nicely decorated throughout and really well located 5 mins walk from gare du Nord and gare du est. We used the metro a lot also very easily. The staff here are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was Continental style with good options, fresh bread and cheeses, yoghurts, pastries, meats, fruit, cereal, and eggs which you can hard boil. The room was cleaned well every day and the room had good facilities. Small lift but it only has 5 floors. We would certainly return and may do with my mother at some point. Thanks Lena hotel

“Nice but needs some work in the bathrooms.”

We booked two rooms for our family. The hotel could be very nice, the rooms were small but clean and furnished nicely, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good, but a bit small in variety. However the gentleman managing breakfast was very friendly and helpful. The major thing bringing the review down for us was the bathrooms in the rooms. They are in desperate need of renovation. They were clean, but just old and need a lot of updating. The shower in one of our rooms was tiny- room 200 be specific. I am not exaggerating when I say I have seen phone booths that had more square footage then this shower- I am not sure if it was over 20”x20” If you dropped the shampoo or body wash bottle, you have to open the door to have space to move and pick it up- oh no shelf to put the soap or bottles on. Also the water went from an ok temperature to scalding hot in an instant.

This place is in a great location for travel and has lots of shops and restaurants near by, it’s on a very busy street so can be very noisy if you are a light sleeper like myself, our room was tiny with no where to put your clothes apart from half a dozen hangers hanging from the ceiling no drawer… more

This place is in a great location for travel and has lots of shops and restaurants near by, it’s on a very busy street so can be very noisy if you are a light sleeper like myself, our room was tiny with no where to put your clothes apart from half a dozen hangers hanging from the ceiling no drawer space at all, the shower was tiny too. Our room was in need of updating as the first thing you see when entering the room was the paint flaking off the walls, The reception staff were lovely, this place is fine for a couple of nights to put your head down after a busy day exploring Paris
