“Hotel and Staff were fantastic!!!”
Hotel and Staff were fantastic. The hotel is beautiful, stylish, and typically Parisian in decor, however the rooms (we had a deluxe room, and would highly recommend this), were spacious and beautifully decorated. Hotel and Staff were fantastic. The hotel is beautiful, stylish, and typically Parisian in decor, however the rooms (we had a deluxe room, and would highly recommend this), were spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed is one of the comfiest I've slept on. The staff were warm, , helpful, inviting and so lovely to deal with. The lady on the desk helped us find tickets for Crazy Horse (13th Feb), even though they were sold out online, and the seats were excellent. She also went above and beyond to help with the rest of our stay. We received a few lovely touches including flowers in the room. Overall, a fantastic experience. We cannot wait to come back. With perfect location to the shopping on the Champs-Élysées, you cannot go wrong. Thank you to everyone that works there. Doing an awesome job.

“Parisian experience”
This hotel has Parisian style of building and furniture. Walking distance to the Champs-Elysee to enjoy the Paris experience. Great staff very helpful and friendly. Everyone was super nice and enjoyed every minute there. A lot of to see and enjoy.

We stayed at Hotel Lancaster before traveling to Egypt, just one night this time - our second stay at this gem. We love the location and the warm and friendly staff here! We were immediately upgraded to a gigantic suite, and given a quick tour of a few spots that were refurbished since our last stay a few years ago - a nice touch. The bar is pretty stunning, one of our favorite stops. Grab a drink in the bar - you’ll love it. You can throw a rock from the front door of the Lancaster and it lands on the Champs Elysees - that’s how close. The staff here is just marvelous: the Lancaster is not a chain hotel, but an intimate, smaller place that embraces you. The attention to detail reflects how they feels about their guests. We love to travel and stay at great hotels. The Lancaster always reminds us why we are so fond of it. We shall return!!

I had the pleasure of staying at Hôtel Lancaster in Paris while attending a friend’s wedding in September, and it was an experience I’ll never forget. From the moment I arrived, the staff and service were absolutely impeccable—every detail was taken care of with such warmth and professionalism. The food and drinks were fantastic, and I especially recommend spending time in the bar or the lovely courtyard—both were super cozy and the perfect spots to unwind. Hôtel Lancaster made my stay in Paris truly unforgettable, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!
