“Amazing experience with incredible front desk services”
The room was comfortable and clean. The front desk staff is incredibly helpful , professional and hard working . Seeing her handling everything smartly , really impressive . Rooms are not really big yet it is clean and cute .i will definitely take this hotel again if i get to visit Paris again

“Wonderful staff”
Great hotel to stay in Distric 9 near Opera. The staff is wonderful. My husband and I will like to thank the young lady from Tibet who was very helpful and kind, she is a great asset to the hotel. We were upgraded to a larger room, which was more confortable because of my disability. The hot… more
Great hotel to stay in Distric 9 near Opera. The staff is wonderful. My husband and I will like to thank the young lady from Tibet who was very helpful and kind, she is a great asset to the hotel. We were upgraded to a larger room, which was more confortable because of my disability. The hotel location is great, just two blocks from restaurants and transportation to get to many places in Beautiful Paris. Breakfast was good. I Recommend this place for a great stay in Paris. The hotel is keep very clean which for me is very important.

“A friendly, chic design hotel in Paris, in a great location.”
Stayed in a family room with three friends which meant 2 adjoining, spacious and beautifully designed rooms. The hotel has a lovely boutique feel, with marvellous staff who are very friendly and helpful. They even went out of their way to pop chocolates and balloons in the room for my birthday. O… more
Stayed in a family room with three friends which meant 2 adjoining, spacious and beautifully designed rooms. The hotel has a lovely boutique feel, with marvellous staff who are very friendly and helpful. They even went out of their way to pop chocolates and balloons in the room for my birthday. Only frustration was our key card kept deactivating and we kept needing to go down to reception to get them reprogrammed to access the room. The lift is also very small and it can take a while to get between floors if you’re in a rush. The hotel is within easy reach of a number of Metro and RER stations making exploring Paris a breeze and there’s loads of things to see and do within walking distance too. Plenty of great places to eat nearby (it is Paris after all) and the breakfast served has plenty of choice and loads of fresh bread and pastries. Would heartily recommend to anyone wanting a chic, friendly stay in this iconic city.

“Nice place except for male staff.”
We enjoyed our stay at the Josephine except for few guy workers. When we checked in, 2 of the temp guy workers couldn’t find our reservation and wanted to charge us again. And they were rude about it Then they gave us the wrong room key and we couldn’t access until we went back down and they found… more
We enjoyed our stay at the Josephine except for few guy workers. When we checked in, 2 of the temp guy workers couldn’t find our reservation and wanted to charge us again. And they were rude about it Then they gave us the wrong room key and we couldn’t access until we went back down and they found the correct key. It doesn’t seem like the were the real front office staff. One of the male staff approved for me breakfast but then informed later that he had to charge me due to mistake. Annoying. The best worker was female staff Wenmay who was kind and knowledgeable. And with a smile. She was the best part of the stay. Bravo Wenmay.
