My ground floor room was small, as advertised, but nicely furnished. The hotel lobby has a hipster vibe with nice wall decor and furniture. The bathroom has very new fixtures (shower, toilet, sink, tile). The shower was especially spacious and had very good water pressure. The bed was a comfortable European queen-ish size bed. Two twin beds put together. The linens and pillows were comfortable and soft. There's a small table in the corner of the room and a desk chair. That was the only sitting space in the room. The room has air conditioning via a split ac unit, but I didn't use it during my stay. There is good storage in the wardrobe cabinets on each side of the bed. Lighting in the room is very good with overhead lights and bedside lights. The location is excellent. Less than 10 minute walk to the Trocadero station across the river from the Eiffel Tower. There are a few restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The hotel is on a quiet street and the neighborhood is made up of nice residential apartments and some nice hotels like a Sofitel. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel, but saw that the breakfast room is in the basement level. I would happily return to this place as a traveling couple.

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a cozy and comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The bed was wonderful, providing a restful night's sleep. The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options. The hotel is well-located, making it easy to explore the area. Everything was well-organized, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is not far from all the action. The location is perfect, only 5-10 minutes walk from Eiffel Tower. The hotel is small and quirky and the staff were very pleasant. They were very kind with our attempt to speak French. They were very helpful. The room itself was small and is showing signs of wear and tear with chipped furniture and tiles loose but it is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is served in the basement and the walk down the stairs is interesting, mostly due to the quirky staircase and auto lighting, It’s not luxury, but there is a charm about the place. It’s clean and comfortable and a perfect location so you can forgive the slightly worn rooms. The only negative… although the hotel itself is quiet, you can hear all sorts in many rooms around you, including people’s alarms, talking and babies having epic tantrums! Just drink the champagne and sleep well! I kinda love it!

This hotel does have an amazing location- within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. It also has a really delicious breakfast with a variety of breads, proteins and coffees . The room itself is exceptionally small and run down . The bathroom is pre-war and also extremely small. I had to do my makeup on the floor . It has one suspect electric plug. I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the air conditioner until the last day . The room had a cool window that opened up and you could look down the street . Also I prepaid but had to pay 30 euros in taxes when I got there . I didn’t expect that . Another interesting thing about this place is that it had the world’s tiniest elevator and the stairs were scary narrow and some of the halls are dark making stairs even more interesting . Definitely not disabled friendly .
