The service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and the cleanliness was excellent. Thank you very much and I see you soon in this beautiful city of the light in this same hotel. The breakfast is excellent too with a variety of fruits, cheeses, ham and different types of coffee.

More than having a well-appointed room, my review will be more about the team working at the Ĥotel Étoile Maillot who were just simply wonderful! Every team member, and I mean EVERY team member, was warm, welcoming, kind and nothing but helpful. The chef, knew my breakfast choice and asked me every morning if I was having omelette before I even had to ask. A very well selected team. Now, although, my main feedback was for the team working at the Ĥotel Étoile Maillot, I will say that, the amenities provided were fantastic too. I am still using my water bottle and bag! There is also an unlimited tea/coffee service in the restaurant throughout the day and you can always find fruits if you are a little peckish in the night. The Ĥotel Étoile Maillot will definitely be on my recommendation list (which is very short) and I will most certainly stay there again when I am next in Paris. The only change I would like to see is for a gym to be made available. I was only a little disappointed though, because I got to run in Paris with some lovely landmarks as my backdrop! “Romain Helped Make this Trip Unforgetable”

My family and I loved this hotel! We were here during the Paris 2024 Olympics and each morning for breakfast we would find a table set for us with the USA flag in the middle of the table. The rooms were clean, quiet, and nice and cold (the AC works great)! As an added bonus -- the rooms were beautifully updated and modern. Romain, the chef/kitchen manager, did an excellent job! He interacted with the kids in a fun way and was always very courteous -- not to mention helping us have a great breakfast to start our day. A great experience for all!

“Disappointing but promising if they improve”

I stayed at this hotel about 5 years ago and it was fantastic so I booked it again to stay with family and booked 2 Deluxe rooms. We were so dissapointed about many aspects of the hotel. First, we came during a big heatwave in Paris and the AC wasn’t working in one of the rooms. They had the audacity to try to force us to stay in the room with no AC, it was over 30c in the room. Finally, after arguing, they moved us to a room with a functional AC (that only went down to 23c, but better than no AC). The staff is not very knowledgeable and rarely take initiative to offer help or assistance in any way (direction, restaurant suggestions, tickets for shows, extra towels, etc..). As a matter of fact, most of the time they seem bothered by any sort of request or question. The housekeeping service was fine, although the room wasn’t very clean, you could see they’re not very detailed in their cleaning work. The bed is comfortable and so are the pillows, but the furniture in the room is starting to show its age. Then the big issue is the paper thin walls between rooms so you hear everything, and I mean everything someone would do in the city of love. They’re rated at 4-star and think this is rather a 3-star hotel at best. I hope they use this feedback to improve these aspects as otherwise this is a beautiful building in a great location close to the metro and the Arc de Triomphe in a very quiet residential street in the 16e, which is probably one of the nicest neighborhoods in Paris with great cafes and shops nearby.
