“Just what we needed”
We stayed here for 3 days last week for my birthday weekend. Room was lovely and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was continental but was enough to get us fed for our sightseeing. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower lots of cafes/restaurants and even a bowling alley. All in all lovely :)

Would recommend if coming for a site seeing trip to Paris!

Tiny everywhere as things are in big expensive cities; where I live, this much would get you a four star hotel. Our room actually had a view of the upper third of the Eiffel tower from the bathroom window, we had the only room with a view; we could see it twinkling every hour. You could actually lean your head out the bedroom window and look to the right and see a view of the Eiffel as well. It is not close enough to walk to it in 10 minutes. . . it's 1.8 miles. Don't use G7 taxis as some have trouble finding the hotel. Use Uber share. Taxis will find you quicker if you turn right out of the hotel and go stand on the street that Lycee Beaugrenelle is on which has more traffic. The Lycée Beaugrenelle is an attractive building that our bedroom faced. This has more charm than a more modern hotel; likewise, some items in the bathroom could use a tightening with a screwdriver. My European dryer would not work in the razor plug in the hairdryer. This was common throughout France in the four hotels we stayed in, so bring a European extension cord, or you won't be able to see how your hair styling is proceeding because you can't get near a mirror while operating it because you have to use a plug in the room. The vanity was rather small so be sure you bring a hanging toiletry case. I had no trouble using my CPAP machine at any hotel in France without an extension cord. I agree with what another traveler said about not being romantic, it's probably about the quality you would get with a tour group except it's too small for a tour group and the service is personal. You would need a much nicer hotel for a honeymoon. This is good for a couple of friends or relatives and real French people come here. Staff spoke good English. I recommend Café Beaugrenelle or Creperie Contemporaine for a more exciting breakfast. Also be sure to bring your fave shampoo, conditioner, and lotion because French hotels only provide shampoo and shower gel; this was consistent among four hotels in France even the one that cost 160 euros. Amazing how we get that even in a $40 hotel in the U.S, but again, they don't have a view of the Eiffel Tower. There is a five and dime store on the left on your way to Café Beaugrenelle to pick up things you forgot. This is a safe area, even families with children walk around up til midnight. It is authentic, untouristy Paris. It's a bit far from things if you don't want to use the Metro and city buses take forever. Try the Moovit app if you want to use buses. We had trouble getting across town especially during rush hour and seeing things which takes at least a half hour when not in the metro which we avoided. I wish I had discovered the app then. I would probably stay closer to the Louvre if I could afford it, but, I was lucky to come here and see it again period.

Well I can't say a lot about this cozy property as we checked in almost midnight and leafy around noon next day . Rooms are spacious enough , all basic amenities are there , small breakfast not fancy but works . Location is the treasure of this property and staff were very helpful in giving advised and directions . Literally 15 minutes walking to Eiffel Tower and couple supermarkets , Starbucks and cafes at the corner of the street .
