“Excellent Hotel for Disney Land Paris”
We stayed here to visit Disney Land. The hotel has a free shuttle service every hour. The ride to Disney Land is quick making it very convenient. We stayed here to visit Disney Land. The hotel has a free shuttle service every hour. The ride to Disney Land is quick making it very convenient. We stayed here for 2 nights and could make full use of our 2 day tickets. The rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. There is a very nice shopping centre directly opposite. Staff were friendly and we had a quick checkin. I highly recommend this hotel for your trip to Disney Land Paris.

“Free shuttle to the parks, RER is seconds away and amazing service!!!”

“Great location! That is where it ends”
This is a 3 star hotel for a reason. The front desk people are less than friendly, they do not offer any help, when asked they can't be bothered. They won't even call a taxi for you. This is a 3 star hotel for a reason. The front desk people are less than friendly, they do not offer any help, when asked they can't be bothered. They won't even call a taxi for you. What they will do, is keep a watchful eye on your coming and going from the hotel, yet never smile or make you feel comfortable. They mention air conditioning, but we found out that they change it depending on weather, to only be heating. During our stay the weather is in the 70's, we could not use the air because it was heating, so we had to sleep with the window open, turns out the noise from the street was very loud, which kept us from being able to have a restful night sleep, noise is 24 hours. The location is good because it is waling distance from the Arc of Triumph, and Champs Elysees, plenty of restaurants, shopping and the Metro. Price was too high for the service and professionalism we received. They offer luggage storage, but the reality is you leave it in the lobby where anyone could walk off with it, not locked up, or secured in anyway. While the front desk can speak a very little bit of English, it is not enough to clearly communicate.
