“Great little hotel”
Nice and cozy hotel, great position just off Champs Elysees, and close to everything. Perfect for a night or two

“Superb location”

“Friendly staff”
A very well designed hotel and rooms. The interior is really nice and beautiful. The receptionist Nadia and her male workmate were reallt friendly and helpful with a big smile on their faces. I will definitely come back!

“Great personnel, great location, smell in the toilet, inconvenient storage space”
The personnel is very friendly. It is also handy that you can communicate with the reception by whatsapp. Excellent bed. Good location in a nice neighborhood off Champs Elysées, with restaurants around (I used mostly the one in the same building than the hotel). The room was pretty much filled up b… more
The personnel is very friendly. It is also handy that you can communicate with the reception by whatsapp. Excellent bed. Good location in a nice neighborhood off Champs Elysées, with restaurants around (I used mostly the one in the same building than the hotel). The room was pretty much filled up by the bed, not much space around, and the small closet for clothes was very impractical as the coffee machine gets covered by the clothes and in fact, the coffee machine was leaking, so my jacket got vet. I got the coffee machine changed, but I never got to understand how the coffee machine really works. The minibar means two softdrinks in a tiny refridgerator, which is not even really cold. The main inconvenience was a foul smell in the bathroom. My guess is that the water lock is missing from the shower drain.

Small hotel with amateurish but helpful staff to resolve problems. I asked for a taxi to pick me up at the airport and they didn't show up. Small hotel with amateurish but helpful staff to resolve problems. I asked for a taxi to pick me up at the airport and they didn't show up. Very small rooms and elevator and very basic breakfast and you have to order it the night before via the app and as there is no restaurant, they serve it to you in your room. Room service leaves something to be desired, they don't replace water and coffee capsules. We didn't have a face towel for the last two days because the supplier was unable to deliver it after it was washed. The night reception employee left us outside the hotel for a few days because he was sleeping downstairs, we had to knock on the door so he could hear. I think there are many problems to be resolved, but I believe that with training and several improvements I could consider a next visit when I am in Paris again.
