Superb location right opposite the metro station with lots of great wine bars, cafes and restaurants within a short walk. We had a triple room and it was a good size with a queen bed and a proper single bed with opening windows onto the street below. Very quiet hotel very clean room and bathroom. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

“Good Location, Clean Comfortable Rooms”

We had a very nice room on the 6th floor. The hotel is very pretty and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom. All in all a good place to stay and affordable.

I booked this hotel for 1 night strictly for a flight due to the proximity to the OryBus stop as well as the RER line to go to CDG. My flight from Italy arrived at Ory and my flight back to the US was out of CDG so I wanted a hotel that was strategically the best simply due to proximity to both airports where I wouldn't have to deal with the Paris Metro due to all the steps and most stops (had with me a large suitcase).Found a few hotels walking distance and Hotel Du Midi was the most affordable one that had air conditioning and an elevator so I booked it. Rate was a bit cheaper by booking directly at least at the time. I was shocked by how reasonable the price was by Paris standards. Was only 75 Euros a night before tax in a room designed for 1 person (granted I booked 2 days before my trip so maybe it was a last minute special). The hotel is a cute, small hotel. The woman who checked me in was nice and thorough and another woman at checkout was the same. By Paris standards the elevator was large which was a surprise because I've stayed at small hotels in Paris before and the elevators are always tiny. Went to my room which was just inches away from the elevator so weird yet convenient lol. My room was what I expected....extremely small and tight. Was probably smaller than my college dorm which was a single. It did come with a mini fridge so that was nice to have. Like the bedroom, the bathroom was tiny and there was really nowhere to lay out your things which for me was annoying but for the price not a deal breaker. Shower pressure was good. Wifi was good. Bed was okay...not super comfortable but not uncomfortable either. The location was perfect for me (again booked mainly due to accessibility to ORY and CDG) as the neighborhood was really nice which I didn't expect. It's a residential area so feels more authentic. Some cafes walking distance, a McDonald's, a supermarket, and The Catacombs (tourist attraction but worth doing). There's also a small but nice park right nearby. I have always been loyal to staying in the 7th but I would definitely return to the 14th and likely would stay at Hotel Du Midi Paris. Regret not staying longer.
