“Hidden gem”

This hotel is a hidden gem. The location is absolutely perfect! It is walking distance to metro stations, Arc de Triomphe, restaurants, parks, etc. the rooms are small (but they all are in Paris). They serve a nice looking breakfast for a small fee. Staff were fantastic. Highly recommend!

Loved this hotel! Cute and quaint! Great location, walking distance from many famous sites as well as the train.,,, great breakfast loved the croissants, baguettes, and different cheeses they had. Comfortable bed, clean. Would stay again!

We booked at short notice. The hotel is situated in a great location for some major landmarks and excellent metro links for the city only a short walk away. Everything at the hotel was excellent from the moment we checked in. All staff were very friendly professional and courteous. The front desk staff were very helpful and nothing too much trouble. The rooms were spotlessly clean big thank you to housekeeping. The breakfast was excellent with a great choice to choose from. Service here was excellent and the quality of the food was very good and delicious, although my waistline was put under severe strain due to the many culinary delights on offer 😆. Breakfast was till 10.45 am which was good if you wanted a late morning. Room comfort was good and despite being in the city outside noise was kept to a minimum, bed was very comfortable and was able to get a very good sleep. It's a city centre hotel so the rooms are not going to be huge although there was plenty of wardrobe space lots of electric sockets and a full-size mirror in the room and a TV with English channels, which in a lot of independent city hotels is not always the case, free in-room safe also very useful. For a city centre hotel, this is one of the better ones I have stayed in. Great service and room comfort, excellent breakfast. The hotel has character and charm you won't find in chain hotels and I had a wonderful five night's stay.

“Average hotel....much can be improved”

Stayed for 4 nights in beginning of June with family. Location 8/10 – 5 minute walk from Arc de Triomphe. 10 minutes walk from champs elysees. Right above a Monop general store. Stayed for 4 nights in beginning of June with family. Location 8/10 – 5 minute walk from Arc de Triomphe. 10 minutes walk from champs elysees. Right above a Monop general store. But considerable walk to the eiffel or to the Concorde / Louvre which are better places to stay for tourists. Housekeeping 7/10 – Room cleaned properly. But coffee counter not replenished properly. The linen was not changed even once in 4 days. The bed sheet had stains. The hair dryer was not working. They provided a portable one when asked but there was no place to plug it in the bathroom. Room 7/10 – Stayed in a Prestige triple room. Really small with no space to move around and for luggage. Small square pillows much like cushions really. Small bathroom with movable glass separator for shower makes things a little messy when sharing. Checkin Checkout – Smooth with no hassels Breakfast spread was decent and service was good. One of the evenings, we were locked out of the hotel for good 15 minutes. The main entry door was locked and there was no front office staff to open it. Guy came after 15 minutes of ringing the bell with no apology but some excuse in french which we obviously did not understand. The hotel is good for solo traveller or cozy couples. Would not recommend it for families. Has a very small elevator which is a bonus for sending suitcases up and down. Also has airconditioning in rooms which works fine.
