Outstanding hotel in the Monmartre district, removed from the more touristy areas. Clean rooms, friendly staff, small hotel with nice amenities. They gave us a printout of a walking tour of the Monmartre district. We did the tour and were glad we did! They also give you a gourmet tour printout with recommended are treats. Trust their judgement. My advice, do these tours on the first day. Monmartre is amazing and you will find some hidden gems. This was my third time in Paris and my third hotel. Now, I will never stay at a different Paris hotel. This is my place going forward.

This hotel was absolutely charming, and the staff were fantastic. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. It was within walking distance to all that Montmartre has to offer. I loved staying here and would highly recommend it. A bonus was the elevator and air conditioning, which were essential during the hot end of June 2024. Thank you, Hotel des Arts-Montmartre, for making our stay a memorable one. Merci.

Excellent hotel... friendly staff with recommendations for local restaurants & things to do. Lots of extra touches (glass of champage, macaroons & water in the rooms - still & sparkling water fountain in the bar to re-fill - lovely toiletries) & an honesty bar. Facilities are excellent, the gym looks incredible (although admittedly, I didn't use it). The whole hotel smelt incredible too, from the entrance through the lifts & in the rooms - I want that scent for my house! The location is perfect for exploring Montmartre & not too far from the nearest Metro, located near the Moulin Rouge. Thanks to a tailored map they provided, we saw all the local sites. The Sacré-Cœur was a highlight (I'd recommend walking to the top, but get there early). The artist square was also fantastic! The perfect spot for a spot of lunch & people watching, or a romantic dinner. We took the Metro into Paris & then used Lime e-bikes to cycle around Paris & back to Montmartre, this was easy as there are plenty of cycle paths (just beware, Paris drivers are a bit unpredictable!) An excellent hotel & we would definitely stay there again! The staff are unlike any hotel I've ever stayed at, they really make this place special. Christophe was really helpful & the ladies on reception when we left were so nice, they kept our bags for the afternoon as our flight was in the evening. Our room was a nice size with a lovely view. Nice hot shower, hair dryer. An exceptional hotel with excellent customer service. I would highly recommend!

“Great location - few issues”

Stayed here for 2 nights whilst we boxed off all the sights of Paris. It really well located and the neighborhood is really cool and offers lots of places to eat and drink. Stayed here for 2 nights whilst we boxed off all the sights of Paris. It really well located and the neighborhood is really cool and offers lots of places to eat and drink. We read quite a few reviews about shady areas beforehand but we felt completely safe in the immediate area. The room was on the small side which we expected. The big draw back was the window opened onto the restaurant so to keep some privacy we had to have the curtain closed all the time. This seemed only relevant to our room (room 2). It was the closest room to reception too, which was very noisy (there was music playing from a speaker outside of our room at 10pm). Check in was amazing and big thanks the the American chap who was really helpful. Overall decent, but due to the noise, lack of privacy and small room we would most likely stay somewhere else next time (in the same neighborhood). Maybe if you get lucky and get a different room to us, you will be better off.
