Outstanding and charming hotel. Historic hotel with modern amenities located in the Left Bank of Paris. Easy walking to all of the major attractions in the area including Notre Dame, Cluny Museum, Seine River, Shakespeare and Co and much more. Wonderful breakfast too. With real Old World charm.

Nice little hotel in a great location close to the latin quarter and Norte dame and within a few minute walk of the metro. Nice little hotel in a great location close to the latin quarter and Norte dame and within a few minute walk of the metro. Staff were very nice and helpful, room was basic and small but it was just somewhere to sleep. We had breakfast one morning and it was very basic so bought our own pastries and sorted ourselves out from then on. Its just off the main road so there was no noise from outside of the hotel, the walls are quite thin, so one morning we did hear the people next door doing what sounded like using the bed as a trampoline and a lady praying to god over and over…. Can’t think what was happening ;) buts ok it didn’t last long…..somebody must have been disappointed.

Set your expectations: this is NOT a luxury hotel and does not try to be. It is a small, clean, safe boutique property in an awesome location on a side street in the Latin Quarter. Walkable to many sights, great restaurants and the Metro. Friendly staff. Sure the rooms are small (like most European boutique hotels), but they are clean and they are air conditioned. Sure the elevator is cramped and slow. Sure you use an old fashioned key that you leave at the front desk. Who cares? Spend your money in Paris on the food and the sightseeing -- come here to freshen up and rest comfortably after a long day. Highly recommend to travelers looking for ideal location and value.

“Inconvinient”

It's a shame that to have more rooms the bathrooms and toilets are really small. I had no shower, the bathtub had no separation from the room, so every morning it was very uncomfortable to get up and go.
