Great stay. Hotel convenient for everything. Clean, compact but had everything we needed for an excellent stay. Surrounded by restaurants and attractions. Steps from Eiffel Tower. Centrally located in the 7th arrondi ssment on historical Exposition street near charming Saint Dominique street full of restos and bakerys. Centrally located in the 7th arrondi ssment on historical Exposition street near charming Saint Dominique street full of restos and bakerys. Near the Eiffel tower and lovely Cler street and also other museums .Also very close to several cafes. Very clean rooms with daily cleaning and linen service. Rooms are small but this is basically the Paris hotel size. Rooms and toilets have been modernized. Beds were comfortable. We had room 301 in the back and it was very quiet. They dont have breakfast but there are cafes literally a 3 minute walk away. Hotel is 5 floors with an elevator. Ask for Kamal who is very kind and speaks English.

“Cheap Hotel Close to the Eiffel Tower”
This is a nice little hotel close to the Eiffel Tower (about 15 minutes walk away) and about the same distance from the Metro. The room was nice and quiet although the decor was slightly dated. This is a nice little hotel close to the Eiffel Tower (about 15 minutes walk away) and about the same distance from the Metro. The room was nice and quiet although the decor was slightly dated. The one major issue I faced was that the receptionist didn't speak any English and communicated only in French. This really detracts from every other hotel I've stayed in in Paris where the receptionist speaks even basic English. The hotel is in a nice, quiet street though with a convenience store at the top of the street for basic food and drink (including alcohol).

“Avoid the Ground/ Lobby level Room 4 at all costs”

Location - excellent. Easy walk to the Eiffel Tower. Plenty of restaurants between. About a five minute walk from the Metro pulling luggage in 100 degree weather - wasn't bad. We checked in around 7pm (19:00) on the day of a heatwave. First room on gound floor - beware! I was told when I made the reservaton the last triple was on the ground floor, which I was fine with, but I now know not to book the ground floor. We had an ant problem from the time we checked in until we were moved to the top - 6th - floor after two nights. The staff tried to remove the ants, but couldn't and another ground floor room had the same problem - room 2 and 4. Also the stair noise was loud in this room, the airconditioner dripped and the bathroom door was rather see-through. I suspect this is a room (Room 4) they only rent out when all other rooms are booked. Second room - on the sixth floor gave us a view of the Eiffel tower, had a solid bathroom door, and was most importantly ant-free. We napped and slept well in this room.
