“Perfect location for a relaxing visit”
Good value for money compared with other Paris hotels. Well placed to explore central Paris. Friendly welcome, no fuss getting room key. Good value for money compared with other Paris hotels. Well placed to explore central Paris. Friendly welcome, no fuss getting room key. Lovely room on top (6th) floor with balcony overlooking Boulevard de Magenta and Place de La Republique. Room quite spacious for a Paris hotel, bathroom small but everything you need, bed clean and extremely comfortable. Spent 3 nights and had a wonderful sleep. Staff very obliging. Leaving suitcase on departure day not a problem. For access from CDG airport take RER B to Gare du Nord, then go 2 stops to Jacques Bonsergent on Metro line No. 5 (direction Place d'Italie). Hotel is then 2 minutes walk with no roads to cross.

“Good place to stay”
It is a good hotel which offers everything what you need for a good price value. Staff is very friendly and helpful, location is good, close to bars and restaurants and easy reachable with subway station being few meters away. Would recommend if you are on a budget and want to stay close to center.

Good : location is the best for the price. friendly front desk, open 24 hours so don’t worry about being locked out . It’s clean and NO BUGS at all . Did I mention it’s a great location. You can easily walk to stores and restaurants. They speak perfect English. It’s an older hotel and they need to do some updating but it’s fine for me . Bad : elevator can fit 2 skinny people . Going to your room can seem a bit sketchy at night because you need to search 🔦 for the light . They need to just invest in lights that work for all the hallways since it’s a safety thing . Walls are thin - you can hear doors slamming . Hotel is in city center so outside of hotel does get loud with people screaming and constant ambulance sounds so bring earplugs . I read a warning in the bathrooms that you can’t put makeup stains on their towels or they charge a fee which was annoying to make sure I did not accidentally rub lipstick on it . What do they expect women travellers to do , it happens , just take out that rule . Overall not a big problem for me . All I care is about cleanliness and location so this was fine for me .
