We were searching for an option for three friends (girls) that would be comfortable and well-located for visiting major attractions. L’Arcade is a perfect option for that! We’ve opted for a duplex room that was specious, well-furnished and even had a bathtubs! We didn’t have breakfast included, but we bought one at the reception. It was a nice option, as it helped us to save some time in the morning. Breakfast was something in between continental and French, so there were option to choose from.

“relaxation in a busy capital city”
The staff are the friendliest and most wellcoming that I have met recently. The hotel is very well placed for for Parisian tourist visits, shopping etc. It is in a quite side street within a very easy walk to restaurants of all types...some very expensive but others good but not expensive.

“Great option in Paris”
Great hotel, wonderful staff, excellent location and comfortable inside. Would highly recommend. Close to metros, great bakeries and a train station. Walking distance to major attractions. Trip Advisor making me use a minimum of 200 characters.

I can’t say enough about the exceptional support and kindness from the hotel staff. We stayed for a week in a wonderfully clean, quiet, and comfortable accommodation in a fantastic location that made exploring the city easy and enjoyable. But what really set them apart was what happened after we left. We encountered an issue with registered mail we had sent from Paris, and the hotel team went above and beyond to help us sort it out, even though we were no longer their guests. They didn’t have to assist us, yet they did, purely out of goodwill and genuine care. This level of dedication and kindness is rare to find, and we’re incredibly grateful for everything they did. Highly recommend!

“Excellent value for the buck”
Charming with good space, we booked a family room for 3 adults. Ended up on the 6th floor with a narrow but lovely balcony. We could even see the Eifel tower. The room was clean, a bit dated but nothing that mattered. Good beds and more spaciius then Paris normally offers. Location was excellent, close to most expensive shops Paris offers. You often read about bad service and rude people, this hotel has the opposite. Very welcoming and smiling. Renembering our room number when we returned from yet a shopping spree.
