“wonderful good value spot in Paris”
Clean, comfortable, safe, quiet and very good value for Paris. The staff are friendly and speak good English. The beds are comfortable and there's a good shower in the bathroom. Clean, comfortable, safe, quiet and very good value for Paris. The staff are friendly and speak good English. The beds are comfortable and there's a good shower in the bathroom. Plenty of places to eat nearby, it's a nice lively area and a few stops on the Metro will bring you to most places of interest. The Hôtel Darcet is up a side street and is really quiet at night, had a great sleep. Shutters on the windows keep it good and dark. There's always someone around at reception. It's not particularly fancy but it's traditionally Parisian in the very best sense. I'm looking forward to returning. Felt entirely relaxed for the whole week.

“Great”
First of two here. It was fantastic. Had some accommodation fall through so booked a room on the day. Well priced, clean and safe. Nice bustling area and near to the metro. Cheap and cheerful hotel and really good.. looking forward to my next stay!

The Hotel Darcet was a great choice for our group of three friends. The hotel is excellently located in a quiet side-street and just a 2 minute walk from the Place de Clichy Metro station. The Hotel Darcet was a great choice for our group of three friends. The hotel is excellently located in a quiet side-street and just a 2 minute walk from the Place de Clichy Metro station. The room was fairly basic, with limited storage space, but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower was very good - powerful and easy to operate. The hotel staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful. The communal coffee room was a nice place to meet. There's a Boulangerie across the street, so it was easy to grab a croissant to enjoy with your drink.

“Very good value, basic but good night sleep in good location”
Rather basic hotel, no frills and very simple decor - but great location, and despite the hustle and bustle on the doorstep, it was completely silent once the windows were shut. The bed was very comfortable and a free coffee downstairs in the morning very welcome!

Perfect accommodation for a short stay in Paris. Great location-it felt safe and lots of shops, cafés and restaurants. Excellent travel links. Very clean. There are kitchen facilities and free tea/coffee, air con and free WiFi. Staff were all very courteous and helpful, on the whole. We were asked by three different staff if we were actually staying there. Safety first, I suppose. Also, we asked for help with a navigo pass, and were pretty much brushed off; "go to the website". This is basic accommodation and the rooms are not large, albeit our room on the top floor had a balcony. Overall though, I would thoroughly recommend Hotel Darcet. It had everything we needed.
