First of all; I am satisfied with your hotel service but this time my room is very small. And I definitely could not move comfortably. Although I made my reservation months ago, I was placed in a small room as if I had come without a reservation. However, when I stayed in July 2024, I had a very spacious, comfortable room with a balcony and a view of the Eiffel Tower on the 4th floor. I will come again next July and I hope that this time I can stay in a large, comfortable and spacious room. There was not even a coffee machine in my room. However, my other friends stated that they even had coffee machines. Please take these requests into consideration, because I will stay at your hotel twice a year (in February and July). Of course, if my requests are taken into consideration and my satisfaction continues. Thank you very much for your attention and interest.
