I had to rate this hotel a 5 star review because there was nothing that could be criticised. The room, location, breakfast and staff were all impeccable. The hotel is greatly situated for all major attractions, all within walking distance and close to the river, metro stations and buses. We walked to Place de la Concorde, Champs Elysées, Place Vendome, Tuilleries Gardens, the Musee Louvre and D'Orsay. We caught the metro from by the hotel to the Sacre Couer. You get a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower from by the hotel, it is within walking distance but we got the city bus tour, which picks up and drops off 5 minutes walk from the hotel. There are lots of good restaurants nearby also, so you don't have to venture far if you don't want to. We had a very spacious comfortable room for our 5 night stay. There was no road noise at night, so got wonderful nights sleep, made all the better by the comfortable mattress and pillows, best hotel bed I have ever slept in. Always hot water for the shower or bath, no matter what time of day. The whole hotel including our room was very clean and well maintained. I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again.

“Delightful”
Lovely calm stay here for two nights. Extremely clean, nice decor, warm welcoming and helpful staff. Also liked the area: quiet, not hopping with night life for sure. But the central areas very accessible by foot. Will return for sure as I felt very at home here.

We spent four nights at this hotel. It is an independent hotel, not part of a flashy, expensive change. The location is very close to two metro stations, and an easy walk to many of the important sites in Paris, including the Louvre. The rooms are not real big, but there is enough space for everything and also an in room safe. Breakfast was certainly sufficient. What makes this hotel stand out is the staff. Unfortunately, our bags did not show up for three days. Everyone was so helpful in contacting the airlines and the airport. They also recommended a place to shop so we could get clothes. Kudos to everyone at the front desk. Highly recommend!

We loved everything about this lovely hotel - the location, the decor,the wonderful breakfast and the staff was outstanding! Especially Emilie! From making my hair appointment to getting us train and concert tickets, she took care of everything. On our second night in Paris, I stumbled and fractured my left foot. Emilie went into action mode right away, summoning a doctor to our room the next morning and even went to the pharmacy to pick up my medication and crutches. She also arranged for me to have an x-ray right away. We have traveled extensively and I’ve never had such wonderful service! We will definitely be back! Delise & Craig

“It was okay”
Wonderful location and a really pretty clean hotel but the rooms are tiny the bathroom smelt as though there was a dead rat in the sewers and the receptionist was asleep every night on the sofa when we came home!! We wouldn’t stay again! Such a shame but here’s some attention
