“First time in Paris and the best experience you could imagine!”
Amazing helpful service at the front counter! Rooms were clean and easily accessible! Snacks at front counter are free and delicious! When I come back to Paris I will definitely book with them again! Overall experience amazing! Game room downstairs is a blast!

Although the hotel was dated, the customer service made up for it. I have never felt more cared about from a stranger until I met this front desk staff! They were excited to see my family. Although the hotel was dated, the customer service made up for it. I have never felt more cared about from a stranger until I met this front desk staff! They were excited to see my family. They were happy to help, give directions, give advisory! I mean it really felt like staying with your favorite grandma or cousin! The hotel is family friendly and accommodating. It is just a few steps away from the metro/tube. It is walking distance from major shopping. When I return to Paris I will stay there again and again. Every staff person I encountered at this hotel was kind friendly respectful knowledgeable and helpful. The cleaning crew was great front desk was great! If you just need a safe space to stay while enjoying Paris, STAY HERE!

“Great location, great staff”
The hotel is located in a more quiet, residential area with quick access to Saint-Lazare, Boulevard Haussmann and multiple metro stops. Maria and the other staff were very helpful suggesting restaurants and outings. The hotel is very clean. Recommended!

The hotel is in a very good location, with everything within walking distance or easily reachable via the nearby metro station. The rooms are tidy , and there are several convenience stores close. I strongly recommend this hotel with out hesitation. They even allowed us to store our luggage after check-out as we enjoyed our last day in day in the city. The staff was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond in every aspect.

On arrival I was upgraded from my single room, which was a happy circumstance. It was warm and bright. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were all most friendly and helpful. The hotel is at the border of the Europe/Batignolles district which is between two tourist hotspots, so it has a local rather than commercial atmosphere. A short walk from St Lazare station. Useful fridge, Carrefour city round the corner for snacks for lunch.
