We were pleasantly surprised, as we chose the hotel as it had good transport links to Roland Garros. We found that not only was the hotel comfortable but was in walking distance of the Eiffel tower. The lady on reception was very helpful. There were plenty of restaurants and bars right on our doorstep.

“Love this Charming Hotel!”

My 12-year old daughter and I stayed here when we travelled to see Taylor Swift in May. I chose it because it looked like such a little cozy, quaint hotel. And it is! The rooms are very small, but if you're only travelling as a two-person party, it's enough room. The only complaint I have about the size of the room was the lack of space for luggage, but that's probably on us for bringing so much stuff. I wanted to stay close to the Eiffel Tower and this is a 15-20 minute walk. My daughter and I went down there 4 times. It's close to a lot of amenities and places that are familiar. There are two grocery stores in the immediate area (one across the street), a Starbucks, and a huge shopping mall. There are also a lot of cafes if you want something more authentic to Paris. The most convenient part is that the metro station is right across the street and another 10 minutes away so you're connected to everything and you can get anything you need right there. Bakeries, patisseries, restaurants, etc. all right on your block. And the hotel is so charming and clean. I asked the front desk staff for help on a number of occasions for directions or how best to get to the Taylor concert. Their English was good and they were always willing to help. Beaugrenelle is a great little area with so much to offer. I would recommend this to anyone that wants easy, convenient access to all amenities and easy access to transportation to get to where you want to go. We'd be at the museums, the Latin Quarter, etc. in a matter of minutes. Highly recommended!

Good location; 15 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower, 1 minutes walk to a Metro station, 10 minutes walk to an RER station, lots of cafes and restaurants in the immediate area. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable rooms with aircon. Good value for money for location. No kettles or fridges in rooms. Very thin internal walls; you can hear almost everything that's going on next door!

The hotel has easy access to Charles Michels metro station literally across the road with Starbucks and McDonalds 1 minute away and it is also a 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower via the back streets or slightly longer walking along the river front which is nicer. There is a small lobby area and very small breakfast room, we were room only so can't comment on breakfast. The reception desk appeared to always be manned. We didn't get acknowledged when we first arrived to check-in and the staff initially carried on talking to each other. Quick and easy check-in and directed to our room on the 1st floor overlooking the hotel entrance. Small lift and staircase option to our floor. The room was a decent size for a city hotel and same for the bathroom. We had a twin room with patio doors, there was some road noise if they were open but it wasn't too bad at night when they were closed. Fairly modern decor, clean and had all that you'd expect except tea/coffee making facilities. We had a shower over the bath and the hairdryer was fixed in the bathroom which also had patio doors.A few toiletries were available and we had fresh towels every day. The room appeared to be cleaned/tidied every day although we were asked on occasion by reception if we wanted our room cleaning so not sure how this was managed. The bathroom probably needed redoing as there was chipped tiles etc, the hairdryer holder fell off. A safe was in the wardrobe which was an ok size for a short stay but there could have been more drawers possibly in the bedside cabinets which were just tables. Desk, TV, air con and decent lighting. The only issues we had was that the smoking area was below our window so we kept getting the smell of smoke from outside. Also we could hear alot of noise from the neighbouring rooms bathroom, specifically the shower or bath running which was generally in the middle of the night so felt there wasn't much soundproofing between rooms. We were able to store our suitcase in an area in the breakfast room after checking out as we had a late flight.
