“Lovely small hotel”

Staying at Augustin was a wonderful experience, travelling with 2 newly adult children we had the perfect room arrangement with separate rooms joined via a common corridor, whilst the rooms were on the smallish side they were just the right size (we filled every day doing things so weren't looking for a lounging around experience.) A picturesque part of Paris with plenty of places to eat & drink & the metro station within a 10 minute walk, the view was a gorgeous way to greet & send off the day. The room was exceptionally clean and serviced every day to the same standard. The little details also made it a stand out for us, what was in the bar fridge was free & stocked up every day, drinking water, soft drinks etc & the toilet paper topped up every day (important for a 3/4 female party). Our ability to utilise the facilities across the other 15 or so hotels across Paris for snack/bathroom/drinks stops was also a good addition. Staff were all so friendly & helpful & indulged my very bad french language attempts, from our late arrival & still looking for someone to eat dinner to taxi service to get us back to the airport. Both the buffet breakfast & the late night snack bar had a great & fresh selection. It really was a 100% satisfied experience for us all and we were on country 8 of a 9 country trip.

Good breakfast with lots of variety including egg/meat choices, higher quality breads, cheeses, etc. Reasonable price for Paris. Quiet area but seemed more residential than touristy. About a dozen good restaurants within 500m. Very helpful friendly staff. Really nice stay - best we had this trip. Disliked · Three doorways to the balcony caused the room to be very drafty for winter. Area was very very quiet and a bit spooky at night, but upscale enough.

“Excellent Stay”
We had an excellent stay. Location is great, room had everything you would need as well as complimentary mini bar and snacks after 2 at any of their 17 hotels in Paris. On top of that, it was very clean and reasonably priced. I would stay there again.

“Exceptional service that make all the difference!”

This hotel stands out for one big reason: its incredible staff. From Zinedine to Ariel and every team member we interacted with, everyone was genuinely warm, welcoming, and eager to help. We booked a Privilege room, but the sofa bed was too small for our daughter. Since the hotel was fully booked, they found a temporary fix for the first night and then moved us to another Privilege room the next day with a proper third bed, always going the extra mile to make us feel at home. The hotel itself could use a bit of maintenance. While the bathrooms are modern, the dark carpets and wall paper in the rooms made the space feel a little worn. That said, the outstanding service more than made up for it. The open bar, free minibar, and complimentary water at reception were much appreciated, big thanks again to Zinedine and Ariel! They also offer an Astrotour, though we didn’t use it since the other hotels weren't near where we were spending our afternoons. Honestly, I wish all hotels in Paris had service this good!
