The hotel is fantastic! Travelled to Paris from Australia with my daughter for her 13th birthday, the hotel decorated the room for our arrival and allowed us to check in early at 10am. The hotel is fantastic! Travelled to Paris from Australia with my daughter for her 13th birthday, the hotel decorated the room for our arrival and allowed us to check in early at 10am. Very generous hotel, afternoon pastries, tarts, savoury snacks, lollies, tea and coffee available free from 2pm everyday. The facilities are clean, spacious and comfortable. We loved ending our day with a steam in the hammam and swim in the heated pool. Fabulous hotel in a great neighbourhood!

I almost don’t want to write a great review for this gem of a hotel - it’ll get really busy….but, it really is fabulous! Beautiful room with so much attention to detail with everything you need, such as toiletries, light, mirrors etc. The beds are really comfy and our room was very quiet. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was lovely in a beautiful seating area. The gym is not very well appointed but has enough to do a work out and the pool area is brilliant with a great pool, lounge area and sauna. I’d definitely stay here again!!!

We journeyed to Paris on pilgrimage and prayer to the magnificent Notre Dame...and the pleasure was staying at Hotel Astra Opera. A group of 8 family and friends including two clergy, we asked for additional assistance with one of our guests who had health needs. We received great support making our booking and a free upgrade to a bigger room on our arrival for this particular guest. We took full advantage of the hotels hospitality, complementary snacks and beverages supplied throughout the evening and very good value breakfast in the morning. (for anybody poaching an egg in the egg poacher...give it 6 minutes to a soft boil...an American fellow guest advised me...she had 3 mornings experience...and she was right)! We asked Reception for the use of their front lounge to say Mass one of the mornings and they very kindly obliged by closing off the area for the duration of the service. Another evening we needed a reservation in a booked-out Restaurant and Massi at Reception wrangled an early booking for us...we were ever so grateful to get a booking at all. A grand piano homed in the lounge facilitated a sing song another evening. The entire staff tended to our every need through out our stay. This Hotel is a Winner. Thank you for you help and hospitality...we so appreciated it.

My family stayed here for three nights on a recent weekend trip to Paris. The staff were so helpful and friendly, giving us restuarant recommendations and checking that we were happy through out our stay. The hotel is in a great location - lots of shops and restaurants near by and 20min walk to the Louvre. We always felt safe walking at night time. The hotel rooms were beautiful, with balconies in both our rooms with different aspects providing some lovely shots of the Parisien streets. Breakfast in the morning was more than we expected with a selection of hot and cold options. Lovely hotel - highly recommend for a weekend stay in beautiful Paris.

“Amazing Stay”
Everything was amazing!! The staff were friendly and nice. My room was cleaned everyday. Breakfast was outstanding and a wide selection for everyone. My flight got in early and my room was not ready so they held my luggage until I was ready for check in at 3 pm. This gave me some time to tour Paris… more

My flight got in early and my room was not ready so they held my luggage until I was ready for check in at 3 pm. This gave me some time to tour Paris. Hotel has a number of restaurants, bars, and bakery right across or down the street. Lastly you’re walking distant from Printemps, Galleries Lafayette and the metro. Amazing stay and can’t wait to go back next year!! Thank you!
