I really loved this hotel. Firstly, the staff were warm and friendly and the recent modernisation of the rooms was great. The lift works well, the rooms are way bigger than many I have encountered in Paris and the location was perfect for me. I wanted a few days to just wander around St Germain and take it all in. I was there in Winter and the rooms were warm, clean and the bed was very comfortable too. There was no street noise and it’s located within easy walking distance of the St Germain market, metro station across the road and the amazing choices of cafes and restaurants. A really nice little hotel, highly recommended.

We are a family of four with two son’s ages 14 and 19. It was our first trip to Paris and we were so fortunate to choose Hotel Artus. It is the perfect hotel. From the planning stages to our visit, the hotel met all of our needs. And, I must mention Sanjay. He truly makes the hotel even more special and will elevate your experience. Sanjay makes you feel like a vip and is beyond helpful and accommodating. I hope this is not our first and only trip to Paris because it is a truly special city, but our stay at Hotel Artus made it even more special, I will always stay at the hotel. Highly recommend and a big thank you to Sanjay in addition to all the amazing hotel employees for making our stay extra special!!

This has been the most memorable, magical trip yet Choosing Hôtel Artus was our first good choice! The staff is welcoming, friendly, and were ready with dining suggestion and transportation Also securing tickets to Versailles Sanjay is the concierge and truly was wonderful Sanjay secured reservations for my daughter and I on Christmas Eve with the most fabulous view of the Eiffel Tower! I will be traveling back in April and I will stay again at Hôtel Artus ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed at the Artis based on a friend’s recommendation and it did not disappoint. The staff was welcoming. The room we stayed was a bit small but not a deal breaker as we were out most of the day. Their head concierge Sanjay is a wonderful and kind man who really goes out of his way to help his guests and makes great recommendations. The hotel is in a great location and we will definitely return.

From the moment we arrived, the staff’s warmth and professionalism stood out, making us feel welcome and truly valued as guests. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the concierge, Sanjay. He was exceptional—always responsive, incredibly knowledgeable, and ready with fantastic recommendations that elevated our Parisian adventure. Whether it was securing a last-minute reservation at a popular restaurant or suggesting hidden gems to explore, Sanjay made everything effortless. His attention to detail and genuine care for guests set him apart. The hotel itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and perfectly located. Our room was both comfortable and luxurious, with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. The service across the board was consistent, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and attentive.
