“Lovely little hotel, great budget price”
Lovely little hotel, great budget price, great staff with some English, although I try to only speak in French when in France. The room had a newly renovated bathroom. Lovely little hotel, great budget price, great staff with some English, although I try to only speak in French when in France. The room had a newly renovated bathroom. It was clean and spacious for a French hotel. Close to Montemarte and an easy walk to Sacre Coer and metro and Gare Du Nord station. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I was initially worried about the area after reading a few stories. I did not feel unsafe there and I am a single 5ft nothing female travelling alone. Try and get a table at Brasserie Bellanger just on the corner for an exceptional meal and enjoy :)

“Hotel with a view and close to metro trains”
This hotel is close to the metro train station which is brilliant for anyone who wants to get to all the major attractions. The metro in Paris is the best way to get around. This hotel is close to the metro train station which is brilliant for anyone who wants to get to all the major attractions. The metro in Paris is the best way to get around. Once you understand how it works, you can get anywhere! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and it’s comfortable. The only downside to this hotel is the shower and noise. The shower is tiny and not very practical but it will do the job. The noise I can imagine is the same throughout the city, with the older buildings in Paris the walls seem paper thin. The view from our window is lovely. This is a modest building with an elevator 🛗 and close to many restaurants and a convenient store where you can buy drinks, toilet paper etc. we would recommend hotel Alton to anyone travelling to Paris.

“Newly renovated room.”
Checked in on June 3-5, 2024. We got newly renovated room including bathroom & bedding. Nice touch with welcome tea with water kettle in room. Only the flooring need extra work. Room is extremely tiny, smaller than what it looks like on the photo. Staff is friendly, location is ok. 15 minutes walking distance to Montmartre, 10 minutes away to Gare Du Nord. During the day, location is good, but at night, I don't really feel safe to walk alone.
