“Excellent. Outstanding.”
Outstanding hotel in every way. Well managed, comfortable, very clean. Front desk staff, Jana and her female colleague on another shift whose name I did not get, were truly professional and pleasant. Room a pleasure to be in. Hotel conveniently close to Gare du Lyon.

“Clean and Convenient ”
Very spacious room with private full bathroom. Spotlessly clean on all surfaces. Convenient location to Gare Austerlitz and Gare Lyon. We prepaid and received a free upgrade, so I cannot comment on the room we would have received otherwise.

Not more than ten minutes walk from 2 metro stations and 5 minutes from a well stocked supermarket, this hotel is ideally situated for those wishing to have a base to explore Paris. We had room ten which was on the ground floor, the room was large and clean. We didn’t use the dining facilities so can’t comment on these. There is someone at reception 24 hours a day and the system is that you leave your key at reception when you leave. The area the hotel is situated is safe although the homeless gentleman just outside was slightly off putting. We would have given 5 stars if there hadn’t been decorating / power tool use outside of our room. The hotel is currently being refurbished downstairs which should be completed soon. Definitely value for money in an expensive city.
