“Montmartre how it should be.”
In the heart of Montmartre with everything you need. Near the metro (5 minute walk), shops and good restaurants. Parking nearby (10 minute walk). Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly. Shower and toilet were good and we liked the big fridge.

“Perfectly adequate for our needs ”
I stayed with my niece for 1 night at Hotel de Clermont while she was attending the Paris photography exhibition. We were allocated room 2 which is extremely small but perfectly adequate for a 1 night stay. The member of staff who checked us in was very helpful & he spoke very good English. The bar… more
I stayed with my niece for 1 night at Hotel de Clermont while she was attending the Paris photography exhibition. We were allocated room 2 which is extremely small but perfectly adequate for a 1 night stay. The member of staff who checked us in was very helpful & he spoke very good English. The bar downstairs was very busy in the evening but didn't keep us awake after plenty of sightseeing during the day. We would recommend if staying for a short break.

“A perfectly decent hotel”
It's not a grand hotel at all, but it is a grand location. We were in Paris to re-take Chef PJ's tour and decided to stay in the area and eat at the restaurants he suggested. “Don't pay before checking the room -- cleanliness is a problem”
Positives: Centrally located, friendly staff, affordable Improvements needed: Cleanliness -- there was substantial black mold in our shower that had not been cleaned. The bathroom had no ventilation which contributed to the mold problem. The wifi was not really working for our room and were cons… more
Positives: Centrally located, friendly staff, affordable Improvements needed: Cleanliness -- there was substantial black mold in our shower that had not been cleaned. The bathroom had no ventilation which contributed to the mold problem. The wifi was not really working for our room and were constantly dropped from access. Other less important things - hair dryer was not working and there was no control for the TV. We don't need fancy accommodations, but cleanliness is a must and the shower was gross. I would not stay there again. Be sure to check the room before paying.
