“A nice place to stay”
Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The hotel was clean and very cozy. I have some concern about the metro tickets and they explained everything to me. The location is the best, close to the metro station, restaurants and the Eiffel Tower.

“Nice friendly hotel in the city.”
Standard hotel with little to complain about. Room came with toiletries, big tv and good sized bed. The neighbouring rooms doors were all quite loud when opened or closed which did disturb me a few times. Apart from this literally nothing else to complain about.

“Good locating and the kettle in the room.”
Very poor breakfast, the staff at breakfast wasn’t very friendly and if you come after 9 am the food would finish and there was no more to replenish it. The staff just said there are no more eggs, pancakes etc. No decaf coffee. I appreciate budget places but this was just naff and lazy. We couldn… more
Very poor breakfast, the staff at breakfast wasn’t very friendly and if you come after 9 am the food would finish and there was no more to replenish it. The staff just said there are no more eggs, pancakes etc. No decaf coffee. I appreciate budget places but this was just naff and lazy. We couldn’t get into the room on time as the cleaning was late and then the reception wanted to charge us for the tea we had to drink waiting for the room to get finished. The least they could do was to offer a complimentary tea for the inconvenience. I know it’s Paris but little things like that make a huge difference either way. Shame.
