“Welcoming and helpful staff.”
We stayed at the hotel for only one night, as we had a flight from Charles to the next morning. The hotel could not have been more welcoming. We stayed at the hotel for only one night, as we had a flight from Charles to the next morning. The hotel could not have been more welcoming. Naye, at the front desk, settled us in with a glass of wine and information about the neighborhood. She was also extremely helpful the next morning, directing us to the correct metro station and giving us information about train and metro fares to Charles de Gayle. The breakfast in the morning was terrific; it included eggs, meat, cheese, fruit, cereal, pastries, toast, juices and , of course, coffee. Our room was lovely and quiet, with a comfortable bed and wonderful soaking tub.

Room: Comfortable and quiet, and a good size for Paris. The shower was excellent. Breakfast: Tasty and fresh with a good selection of cheeses and pastries. Staff: were friendly and accomodating. Vibe: The welcome drink was great and we were able to take ours a day or so after arriving when we could enjoy it in the comfy lounge area. The décor was quirky and often amusing. The only mild off note was the slightly over-pushy branding. Location: Though a bit away from main attractions, it is well situated for the metro lines making getting round easy.

“Super choice”
The property is so beautiful, we were amazed by the cozy lounge and the super friendly staff. The beds are so comfortable and the cleaning service is exceptional. Breakfast is specific French : pastries, boiled eggs, ham and cheese and pancakes.

“Nice hotel”
I enjoyed the stay overall clean rooms, a nice atmosphere, and a convenient location. However, we were not offered a welcome drink this time, which was a bit disappointing. I had received one during my previous visit, and while it’s a small detail, it was something that made me want to return!

My son and I stayed here for four nights to celebrate my 70th birthday in early December. Thibault welcomed us. He had a very pleasing demeanour and was very helpful. The two other members of staff whose names I know are Melanie and Naye. Like Thibault they were exceptional but also every single member of staff we encountered was helpful and polite. When we were checking out it became apparent that it had been overlooked that it was my birthday and so I was kindly given some luxurious cosmetic products in lieu of the bottle of wine that is customary. I also had an impromptu rendition of Joyeux Anniversaire complete with a hot chocolate cupcake and candle! Such a nice touch. The location is excellent. Just a few minutes walk from Place d’Italie. With easy access to different metro lines and tourist locations. The ambiance is welcoming, relaxed and informal. The room we occupied was rather snug for two people. Difficult to get around if you have large suitcases. Also as it’s located near the Sapetriere hospital there are a lot of ambulance sirens but after a busy day walking around Paris they did not disturb us and is a minor factor outweighed by the many positives of this hotel. We did not try the breakfast but it looked plentiful and good. I woukd certainly stay here again.
