Excellent location close to well connected Metro stations. We were given wrong layout (twin instead of double) of room, but the staff changed it. Excellent location close to well connected Metro stations. We were given wrong layout (twin instead of double) of room, but the staff changed it. There are spare tissues and toilet paper in drawer under sink (didn't know). We didn't use their cafe and just ate locally. Boissure et Monger is great for breakfast (hotel-left, then end of street left, about 3 mins).

“Basic hotel”

We stayed in this hotel for one night in order to catch an early morning train the next day. The area around the hotel is pretty run down but we found this hotel simple and adequate for a one night stay. The rooms are very small with just enough room for a bed and nothing else. The area around the hotel is pretty run down but we found this hotel simple and adequate for a one night stay. The rooms are very small with just enough room for a bed and nothing else. The breakfast though was surprisingly good though with freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh croissants etc

“Great location but needs a freshen up! (Please bleach the bathroom too)”

Good points: ● Very well located hotel in a quiet street close to the metro and restaurants/bars (there's also a small supermarket in the same street, super convenient). ● Staff is friendly and polite, the lobby is open 24H. ● The breakfast room is lovely with stone walls and a huge range of food and drinks which is an excellent surprise for a 3* hotel! You can get fresh bread, croissants, pains au chocolat, pancakes, butter + jams, eggs, sausages, bacon/charcuterie, yogurts, milk, hot chocolate, etc. there's also a coffee machine and one for fresh orange juice too. Bad points: ● The cleanliness is not the best. The room looks clean overall and the bedding is immaculate but the walls are stained and the bathroom is moldy and covered with limescale. It could do with a good scrub! ● The walls are thin like cigarette paper. My room (308) was right next to the lift so it was very noisy, I could hear people getting it/out of it and the doors open and shut. You can also hear everyone's else conversations. I've been a customer of this hotel for years now 10 years ago it was brilliant but now it definitely needs a bit of freshen up, a good clean and a lick of paint at least because it's no longer worth the price. I am not sure ilk be back.

Great location and price, comfy bed and clean facility. BUT, the drains need attention as does the shower( water sprayed outwards from the overhead shower head). Security needs to be reviewed. No one was at the desk when we returned one evening and we had access to grab our key and all the other hotel room keys that were just left on the front desk.
