“Teach your staff how to smile!!”
Gentleman on reception was just as wet and miserable as the weather on our arrival.Absolutely no pizazz as beautiful Paris has! Gentleman on reception was just as wet and miserable as the weather on our arrival.Absolutely no pizazz as beautiful Paris has! Perhaps a course in customer service skills is require, however the gentleman the next day was very helpful and did smile once or maybe twice! More friendly when guests leave then arrive?? The room was very clean few things hanging off wall e.g. plug socket tissue holder,bag holder, but all in all clean. The stainless steel kettle very clean and sparkling. Not a lot of information provided about the area guests left to their own devices to explore. The front entrance could do with new paving very dangerous guests could easily trip up. Would return but hopefully the hotel will have happy employees next time to assist guests in making unforgettable memories of Paris.

“Half term holiday ”
We enjoyed our stay here, very comfortable and friendly. Great location and easily accessible from Charonne Metro station. There were plenty of options to eat close by and a lovely walk to Notre Dame, via Place de La Bastille, next to the Seine.

“Will definitely stay at this hotel for all my future trips to Paris.”
Lovely hotel, room was clean & spacious. We had a street view with a balcony. Staff at the hotel were lovely and spoke very good English. Location was wonderful and I will be using this hotel for my next stay in Paris.

“Great bed, tiny shower.”
Great area with lots of restaurants, bars & cafes, and a supermarket 1 minute walk away. Room was quite small (although not as bad as some Paris rooms) and shower was tiny. Bed & mattress extremely comfortable. Communal areas were so-so. Affordable and OK for a night.
