“Everything you need.”
A good, clean, basic hotel, close too summer good places to eat and am organic grocery store, that has everything you need: laundry facilities, lounge with free coffee and tea, a back garden, good security, a small kitchenette in the unit,and the most helpful staff we have encountered in a while.

“The 13 arr. is the BEST!”
First trip to Paris and after a lot of looking, decided on Citidines Austerlitz. We loved that there were "kitchen" amenities. Coffee drinks are complimentary which was excellent! “Great Paris vacation meeting budget”
Very happy with the experience reception staff was friendly and kind, spoke good English, provided with everything we needed. Keep up this staff. “All good but the renovation of the bathroom is absolutely necessary”
Last time I stayed at the Citadines Place d'Italie and it was much better than the Citadines Austerlitz. Let me explain: the location is convenient, close to two metro stops and buses leading to the Opera area. Nearby shops and supermarkets help to make your stay easy and pleasant. BUT. I believe... more
