“Warm welcome and perfect location”
I spent the week-end with friends and we were very happy to experience a warm welcome even late at night. The sheets were very soft, the breakfast was delicious , the wellness center very complete and the location perfect to visit and walk around paris.

“Great stay at Plus La Demeure”

We are just home from a fabulous stay at Plus La Demeure. Our room was gorgeous, immaculately clean and very comfortable. Staff were wonderful and helpful. We were lucky enough to have 3 windows with views over different directions (including the Eiffel Tower). The bed was very comfortable and the pillows bliss. The bathroom was beautifully styled. Although our room overlooked Bld Saint Marcel, it was surprisingly quiet at night. We found the location ideal and easily walkable to Rue Mouffetard, the Panthenon, lots of restaurants and bars and it felt safe. We walked to La Louvre (about 45 mins) and we walked to Notre Dame (about 30 mins). Plenty of places on route to stop for coffee and cake. Its easy to walk to Notre Dame and pick up a hop on/off tour bus fron Notre Dame. The hotel is a few minutes walk from Metro Les Gobelins. We took the RERB from CDG Airport to Chatelet des Halles and picked up line 7 metro to Les Gobelins. It was easy enough to do (several flights of stairs but not an issue for us). Metro & RERB tickets are a total hassle however and Paris Mobilities need to improve that. It worked fine for me on my android phone but my husband's iPhone 11 was incompatible! Too much to go into here re metro and RERB, but the complexity of tickets, queues and lack of assistance at Metro stations isn't great. That was the only negative about the trip. We had a fabulous stay in this hotel and Paris is beautiful. We will definitely be back.

“La demeure Stay”

“Everything about this place was lovely.”
Couldn’t fault this hotel at all. It was well designed, lovely and had the nicest staff. We arrived late and were greeted warmly, the hotel also looked after our luggage after check out so we didn’t have to carry it around all day!

“A great place to stay in Paris”
We stayed 5 lovely nights at this hotel. The room was small but clean and comfortable and the location was great. Very close to buses and the metro at Les Gobelins. Lots of terrific local brasseries and restaurants; we felt like we were dining with the locals. The staff were helpful and friendly. The house breakfast was a decent price and delicious. Would definitely stay here again.
