“Good location and worth it’s money”
Good location of the hotel. Close to the metro station and many restaurants are around it. Also it’s a walking distance to the Lafayette shopping centers. Rooms are not so big but fine. Closet a little tiny but for few nights it’s fine. I think for this money in Paris it’s a really good place.

We booked here with friends for my husband’s birthday as we had wanted to return to Paris as it was several years ago we went the hotel is situated through a little arcade and reception on the 1st floor we had hoped we had rooms on the same floor we were given a room on the 3 rd floor and our friends on the 2nd floor the manager changed his mind and gave them another room as he said the bed was on the small side we went to unpack out room wasn’t the best no view and we had to move the bed to open the wardrobe at either side not much room to walk around the bed and extremely warm the air con doesn’t work only in the summer months so we were given a fan the shower was good I wish we had moved to a better room our friends room was bigger and had a balcony also beware of the tax you pay when you arrive the breakfast was good but just lacking mushrooms and tomatoes or beans just scrambled eggs, hot dog style sausage & under cooked bacon the continental side was excellent but it was close to the metro and sightseeing.

“Great location but some rooms are unacceptable”
Chose this hotel due to the location and was really happy with that. The hotel however in part was VERY tired and desperate for an update. Chose this hotel due to the location and was really happy with that. The hotel however in part was VERY tired and desperate for an update. The first room we were given 312 was terrible with broken and ill fitting furniture and flooring, a shower that flooded the bathroom and a trip hazard to enter the bathroom. This is not an acceptable standard for a Best Western Hotel. Things did improve when we were able to swap rooms to 424. Whilst we were pleased with this room it makes you wonder why we were given such a poor room in the first instance when others were available, as it did disrupt our day having to repack . All staff we met were helpful and breakfast was adequate. I would stay again but only if I could guarantee an acceptable room.
