“Spacious family room”
Nice staff always trying to greet and help with a spacious clean family room. Good location with 5 mins walk to opera shopping district, 20 mins walk to Louvre or Montmartre and 2 mins walk to the closest metro with plenty of food and supermarket options around.

Just flew into Paris today and had a horrible experience with the original hotel I booked my stay with. Just flew into Paris today and had a horrible experience with the original hotel I booked my stay with. Long story short, I ended up walking down the street to Best Western Hotel Opera Drouot at 11:30pm hoping they were opened so I can book hotel for my stay. Farid was super understanding and very helpful to get me situated into a new hotel and my room. The room is beautiful here and customer service was wonderful. Thanks Farid for your help!
