Excellent hotel, about 30 minutes walking distance from Eiffel Tower, great breakfast. I even came back and had another coffee and a croissant but they were only very warm. Special thanks to Nitin and Eede. Nitin in particular besides being genuinely helpful, he also arranged for a cab so I could see the key tourist spots like the Louvre etc. while going to the airport (had only a few hours in Paris). Fanastic location in Paris. The area was quiet and right next to the M8 metro. It was very easy to navigate from during the Olympics. The value was good considering it was during the Olympics. Fanastic location in Paris. The area was quiet and right next to the M8 metro. It was very easy to navigate from during the Olympics. The value was good considering it was during the Olympics. The rooms are small but very comfortable and very clean. Airconditioning was great. The front desk staff were very helpful. There is a breakfast which can be purchased. There is no gym or fitness amenities but it was sufficient for our purposes.

“A five star experience in a three star hotel”

A well priced and well located hotel in Paris on public transport routes. The Manager of the hotel leads from the front by being incredibly helpful and his staff have the same approach. There are also many local restaurants, reasonably priced, if you choose to eat out. Thank you for your attention

“Close to metro, great staff, but disconnect between BW and this hotel”

The hotel is literally next to a metro entrance (entrance #1 for escalator), but it is far from the city. The staff are very nice and attentive. The hotel is literally next to a metro entrance (entrance #1 for escalator), but it is far from the city. The staff are very nice and attentive. The room is small in American sense but it is normal for Paris. The location is also great for other things like bars and food, bakeries, Post office around the corner, and supermarket about half block (water there is .25 euros!). The one thing that make the stay a bit irritated is that we booked via a third party platform for 2 nights - for two beds, and when we arrived, the hotel staff said we only paid for one bed in Garden view. When our stay extended, I book the additional nights using the BW app, also asked for two beds, and was told by the staff (again in polite manner) that our "rate" is only for one bed. When we asked to stay in the same room, we were told that we will need to pay 20 euros/night extra as the nights I paid on the app is not garden view. From a customer perspective, I felt like I was being lied to from BW, like if the staff themselves did not see the specific room, then BW should not allow customer to book that room. And if hotel is not going to honor the two bed, then they should let the customer know before they arrived.
