“the only good thing about a BW always is the location”
So, plain and simple - is useful because of the location. Expect nothing - except a bed and useful bathroom. If your purpose is to just sleep and not spend time in it - this one is the place for you. LOCATION IS AWESOME. you get to see Eiffel tour in your conmute

Great location and very close to the Eiffel Tower. Staff at reception were very nice. Our room however was not great, and we were extremely disappointed considering the hefty price we paid. We were on the ground floor next to the busy street. They don’t turn on air conditioning in the rooms until summer ( we asked). We were there in the middle of May and were told that they would be turning it on the next week. The room was hot, but if we opened the windows the noise from the street was deafening. Also, people would constantly stand next to our windows and smoke, so the cigarette smoke would waft into our room. I was stressed that we would be charged for smoking in the room as it was so bad. The shower was open with no barrier. Just a flimsy shower curtain that didn’t prevent the water from going all over the bathroom floor. I honestly wonder if we were given the disabled accessible room? I wouldn’t stay here again and would not recommend unless you really want to be close to the Eiffel Tower.

“Ok”
Great location, small room, breakfast not great wiltered salad 2 days in a row, asked for a bottle of water as one hadn't been left in room tried to charge me 5 euros tried to charge us for breakfast when we left when it was already included in booking and same thing happened at check in.
