The hotel suited our needs perfectly for our three night stay in Paris. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood and the hotel itself was lovely and quiet. All the staff were friendly and helpful.Our room was clean and there was plenty of choice at breakfast . The nearest Metro station is only a 5 minute walk away, thus making it very easy to travel round Paris.

“Quiet neighbourhood. Nice and clean hotel”
Quiet neighbourhood. Nice and clean hotel. Mini buss with 2M height fit's in the garage. Close to Metro, close to Pub (opening hours 00:00 and in the weekend 01:00). The staff is very friendly and helpful. Also good for big groups, many rooms available.

“Haloween in Paris”
Very good experience ! Good location, close to the "Quartier Latin". Very easy "on-line" check-inn and check-out system. Parking place for the car is very convenient Breakfast can be very busy... Professional Management & employees We'll be back !

I think this hotel deserves a 4 star considering that I have been to so-called proclaimed 4 stars and they are nothing compared to the service here. I thoroughly enjoyed the fact that the guest experience team were very helpful and sought to ensure comfort. Making sure that whatever concern that was raised was speedily resolved. Breakfast was also great. I enjoyed every bit. Hotel is close to several amenities and bus stops. It is almost at the heart of the city centre of Paris. I like my stay. I appreciate the experience. However, a few downsides - - I was given a room with evidence of webs and dusts in some area. Also, the room didn't have a remote for the TV. However, these issues were resolved. A cleaner was called to help take care of it. Also, the manager for housekeeping brought a remote. She also tried to turn on the TV whilst there but the TV didn't work. Though I think the hotel is aware that the TV wasn't working which was why the remote wasn't present in the room. But I appreciate that the housekeeping manager didn't not just handover a remote to me, but was present to turn it on. Realising it wouldn't work she immediately made arrangements to have me move to another room. - Another downside is that there were several bugs coming into the rooms. For the two rooms I stayed there were bugs coming into the room. Ranging from mosquitos to or big insects. I just assumed it's the weather and hope this is not a continuous occurrence. I also reported it to the help desk. Rooms were slightly small. But other than that, that was all. But I can guarantee you it was good experience.

“Ok, if staying overnight”
The rooms are Small, but clean. Locations is a small distance away from the nearest metro station but walkable. The complementary breakfast has limited spread. A bit pricey for the services offered, however suitable if staying overnight or for short duration.
