“An amazing service”
An amazing service and welcoming. Honestly this hotel deserves more stars we really enjoyed our stay. I want to thank especially Ayoub, Nimeka for their support and kidness at the swimming pool and i thank also Kristen, Kome and Ritika for their help.

Upon our arrival the woman on the desk was more than welcoming and helpful - After that we never saw her again! Parking a car is pretty difficult and unloading was done in quick time so we left our luggage with her to put into storage whilst we returned the rental car. She told me our room was ready but on our return, she had been replaced by a man who told us our room wasn't ready. Like most hotels in Paris we had to pay up front for our room which was on the third floor with a small elevator. The room was clean if not a little shabby in places. The bathroom was small and sadly their was black mold in the shower grouting due to poor ventilation, no stopper in the sink and a super huge toilet seat for some reason.. We had a window but sadly no balcony.. We were offered the 8 euro breakfast which was pretty hearty with the usual euro breakfast but also boiled eggs.. One employee was somewhat a bit of a grifter.... coffee was 2 euro, the machine didn't make all types of coffee so my wife added hot milk - which he charged another 2 euros, he didn't want to give us change for 5 euros which left a nasty taste in my mouth thinking, here we are, lets fleece the tourists again... As a hotel guest Coffee/Tea should have been free.. The hotel's saving grace was its easy locale to the Gare du Nord.. 5 mins walk - watch out for cyclists... Overall, they are renovating the place and given time I am sure they will address such things as mold..

When we got the to the hotel to check in, we were told that our room had been upgraded to a studio with a kitchen area. We made our way up to the room which I would call a shoebox. The room had green walls and a king size or I will say queen size bed which is too big for the room and they had terracotta and straw coloured lamp shades on the wall which made the room look very dark. Their bathroom area was clean. The staff were very friendly and helped us find places to go during our day. The breakfast buffet didn’t have much option but saves us paying over €10 per person for a croissant and coffee out on the high road. The hotels breakfast included croissants, baguettes, cheese options, egg, cold meats, coffee selection, fruit, yoghurts and cereal which is good if you’ve got children. The location was very good, central with lots of restaurants and shops around and also walking distance to some attractions. After all the room was only to sleep in. not sure if I would stay again but would recommend to others who want something cheap and cheerful. The pictures on the website are very misleading.
