Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.

OMG where do I start. This place gets a bad review because the people that have great stays don’t write reviews. The hotel is not your traditional hotel it’s actually more like an extended stay with a small kitchen, dishes, coffee pot, stove, and microwave. They do not have house keeping but you can go do to the front desk and get toilet paper and other things you may need. Checkin: we checked in during normal house 7am-9pm week days (not sure of the weekend checkin Times) this made life so much easier. Alexandria is absolutely Amazing. There was 10 of us (5 rooms of 2) and we arrived early morning and she went above and beyond to get us in immediately and provided coffee, tea, and information about the area. She also gave us instructions for how to open the door after hours and the number to call if we have any issues after they had closed. The rooms were nice and cold and the WiFi worked great. They change the password periodically but it’s posted where you can see it. Location: The location is Fabulous. It’s a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and other attractions. I would recommend this Place to anyone who is traveling to Paris as a place to stay. I would also recommend that you try to check in during check in times if possible. I love this place and I will definitely return. Please try this location for yourself. Do not let the negative reviews keep you from this place. There is a Starbucks 5 minutes walk, there is also a restaurant called O’Coffee that has the best breakfast ever.

If you are coming to Paris, do not expect fancy hotels with decent price. They will be small and old. If you want fancier hotels then don't expect them to be cheap. For us, this place is good enough. Our room was clean and was big enough for us comparing to other tight places. Yes you will see some cracks on the wall and doors. But we wouldn't mind. Our bed was clean, restroom was clean, kitchen was clean and had all cooking stuffs we need. We were there mostly to rest and sleep. We went out most of time so it was good for us. Our room has a balcony that we could see the Eiffel Tower. The staffs were nice, friendly and professional. They can speak English well. Wifi was not as fast as the US. There are a few stores nearby to buy drinks and snacks. It is about 15 mins walk to the Eiffel Tower and restaurants. Elevator can only fit 2 people at a time. But Like I said, this place is for couples. Not recommend for families. We did not try their breakfast but they were included. I think the main door closes around 9 or 10 PM but you will have a code to enter the building using the door next to the main entrance. Small hotel, easy to find. Safe neighborhood.
