“Good but not outstanding”
Good location but nothing like the picture on the website. Lack of attention to detail, ie no plug in the sink, curtain hooks missing, thin towels - but maybe that’s just France! Offered another room when we complained there was no plug but the water instantly drained out of that one too and there… more

Offered another room when we complained there was no plug but the water instantly drained out of that one too and there were no other rooms available. Nice courtyard and very close to the metro.

“A pleasant stay”

On some websites the location of this hotel is a bit misleading, making it sound like it's close to the Louvre, which it definitely isn't. However, once you get over that disappointment, you realise this is actually a really nice hotel in a location very close to the metro, which takes you to the Louvre in 20 mins. We enjoyed our stay, particularly refreshing in the pool after a long, hot day in the city! The room was spacious and clean, the bed very comfortable, the staff very friendly. There were just a few minor negative points: The bathroom was slightly dated and could have been cleaner. There was a funny door in the walll behind the toilet which wouldn't close and showed pipework. The safe did not work. Our keycard stopped working on day 2 and we had to reactivate it. The pool area could have been cleaner - it clearly doesn't get inspected very often during the day (lots of used tissue lying around and no towels available). There was a fire alarm in the middle of the night and while it was a false alarm, it didn't seem that the staff were very well trained, hence no one knew where to go and what to do. Overall though a very pleasant stay, we'd go again and would recommend!

“awesome”
i really like the indoor pool, the experience was really nice,just a bit language adjustment as i cant speak french ,i like the breakfast and the ambiance the staff are really friendly the environment is not that much good
