On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Really good”
Everything was spot on. Clean, comfy bed, good bathroom, even has cooking facilities if you need. Friendly receptionist with good English. Good location, within 1-3 metro zone so great for tourist stuff if you get an underground 1-3 pass.

“small hotel but very convenient. The staff (Raja) is very helpful. The room has pots and pans, fridge and microwave.”
We stayed in Paris for 2 days with my daughters. This location was near the metro station. There were 3 metro stations nearby - Tolbiac, Place d'Italie and Olympiads. All three metro stations were huge help.

“Perfect for tourists”
If you are like me, when you visit a city such as Paris, you will spend your time seeing the sites and not sitting in your hotel. This is perfect for tourists. Not many amenities, but it's clean, comfortable, in a quiet part of town and close to the Tolbiac metro stop (5-minute walk).

“Great Accommodation and extremly friendly staff.”
It is close to a subway station and there are lot of restaurants nearby. Even a bus stop is very close to the hotel. The room was a bit small, but for the price, it was great. They also provide with a tiny kitchen with utensils.

It's a small studio apartment and quite run down as well. There were cracks in the tiles on the bathroom floor, the fittings were old and yellowed. The kitchen was extremely small with no electric chimney. We had ordered breakfast as well, and they had the set menu for each day. The breakfast consisted of tea, coffee, or hot chocolate, croissants, bread or cornflakes, juice, yogurt and fruit puree. It's in an Asian vicinity of Zurich with many eating options nearby. However, the real feel of Paris and its charm doesn't come in this part.
