“Perfect stay”
I spent one delightful night at Ibis Styles Lyon Confluence. The room and the service has been perfect. The staff at the reception was extremely nice and professional and also the breakfast was satisfying. If I come back to Lyon, I will choose this hotel again.

The best thing about this stay was the staff at breakfast who made us feel welcome and kept the breakfast area clean and well stocked. The room was spacious but lacked storage space. The accessible bathroom had a floor that was not tilted enough to drain so water was everywhere and we could have u… more
The best thing about this stay was the staff at breakfast who made us feel welcome and kept the breakfast area clean and well stocked. The room was spacious but lacked storage space. The accessible bathroom had a floor that was not tilted enough to drain so water was everywhere and we could have used a squeegee to clean the floor. The local area did not feel very safe and lacked choice of dining options.

“So so.....”
Room was nice. Breakfast was OK. Staff are quite unhelpful. There's no tea coffee in the rooms, but is a kettle in reception but no milk, reception won't give you any. There is a terrace but it's never open and when we asked to sit out there with a drink we was told to go find a bar!! No indoor poo… more
Room was nice. Breakfast was OK. Staff are quite unhelpful. There's no tea coffee in the rooms, but is a kettle in reception but no milk, reception won't give you any. There is a terrace but it's never open and when we asked to sit out there with a drink we was told to go find a bar!! No indoor pool either as advertised. Staff don't want to be bothered with questions. Awful hospitality. Go along the road a hundred metres to Rem's Bar and have a great time, is my suggestion. This is the 2nd Ibis I have stayed in, both ruined by lazy unhelpful staff, must be company policy.
